8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated scripts and features are provided for convenience. Users are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination
